the module is working and will come out as active and licensed .. the site didnt stop working i had the domain pointed to the wrong place... the install would be using whmcs smarters walk through on how to set it up nothing was changed on the module just the whmcs license domain... i have no problem giving a refund but i know the module gets licensed if the instructions are followed i even provided the download for just the module itself

What you are advertising here is whmcs and WordPress site? Has that now been fixed?

I have the module licensed, and picks up my panel, but is unable to initiate commands to the panel. I know how to get the module working, I had the exact same version as a trial from them which works fine.

This post said, download these, upload these files (change a few configs) and import a database.

Well I've had 2 weeks of wiping different OS'. Was told to then install my own whmcs (so what's the point of me paying for this one then?), Then told to point to a license, didn't work, then it was fixed on your end, it now licenses, but does not initiate commands.

I've sent 2 messages without a response and I think I've been patient considering the time I've invested on this. I'm not looking to get into an argument as you evidentially do great work here, and you're obviously legit. But this does not seem to work as advertised.

I understand you said you're happy to refund but as it requires an admin, I just copied one in, hoping that he can assist with this

Nothing. There is nothing you can do as there is two acceptance screens before you “purchase” the download with your credits.

So to download you clicked “Like” refreshed, clicked download, clicked purchase then clicked on the download link ?
