I would assume you’ve missed some error. @dailyupdates has done marvelous work in the past, so I think it is safe to assume that it is working fine.

I'm sure he has, hence my patience over the last week.

However considering that at least 3 of us are having the same issues, then there may be an issue somewhere, so I wanted to see if anyone actually got it working before I invest any more time and money (I've just paid for shared hosting using my own whmcs install and the module from instructions).

That’s your problem. You’re using shared hosting. Chances are they are blocking the ports!

No I paid for shared hosting today to test. I also tried on a VPS many times from scratch over the last week.

I merely asked if anyone else got the module working to see if something is being done differently. There's not much to the instructions, other than upload, change a couple of config settings and import a database. Not much that can go wrong.

Perhaps if I'm doing something wrong you can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Without having access to the files I cannot help you further than advising that shared hosting is known to be problematic for port blocking. Keep it simple and just do a vps with cPanel on it (not shared). Enable the appropriate php modules and follow the instructions to the TEE.

i using shared hosting and i installed again and it is working however.. i have asked them multiple times to allow access to certain ports from my shared hosting... but the plugin doesnt work on a connection to mysql like the owner site plugin does from what i understand... you can go to the actual site get a 1 week demo have them help you set it up and if it works replace with the original files i added to the link where the license is created... i also updated the url for the license creation in whmcs....

On that note anyone that is willing to teach me how to actually null the whmcs license part I'm willing to learn so i can start adding alot of whmcs modules here.

ok guys i saw the problem for some reason the install method i uploaded stopped working i might have forgot to add a url somewhere... however if you go to the url and use the actual link to download the modules those will come out as active after you enter your license you create... in the mean time i will work on the installer to get all this working on shared hosting and vps/servers...

also the only thing i can provide is only the active addon for free as far as support for install i think @urgodfather has install instruction on how to get it working after its activated.... as well as the support center from the actual developer

Hi, I'd already tried a fresh install and used just the module without luck. It just tries to activate for a fairly long time, then just says inactive.

The files also state up to php 7.2, although I've already tried php 7.2, is there specific requirements? Specific mysql version etc?

A little be work use php 7.3 works fine
The addon is not licenced just ask the seller for licencing

Ok, so it seems to not hang when licensing now and it's pretty instant. However it still say invalid license. Could you perhaps upload your version of WHMCS please? The one supplied requires an install, so I had to use 7.9 rather than 8.1 which your files are using.

Great seems the error was my domain was pointed at another ip... now as far as setting it up... look at one of the walk throughs on here or on the actual seller site...but to be honest the original site confuses me

It's fairly simple to install, I had the trial set up previously. It doesn't seem to connect to my panel with the model I got from you but will wipe and try again

I can confirm that I got this working on the VPS after a fresh install. Will try the shared hosting later.

Is it possible to perhaps have the license expire daily or have no expiry? It seems to say it will expire in a month.

EDIT: I take that back.. the module doesn't actually seem to be able to run any commands. It just hangs :/

Could you assist me with a refund please? It has been nearly 2 weeks and yet to see a working module. The site as described apparently 'stopped working', and the module is also not working.

I've had no response to my last 2 messages to the OP, so I'd rather spend the credits elsewhere rather than waste time trying new things over and over as I have done for 2 weeks.

the module is working and will come out as active and licensed .. the site didnt stop working i had the domain pointed to the wrong place... the install would be using whmcs smarters walk through on how to set it up nothing was changed on the module just the whmcs license domain... i have no problem giving a refund but i know the module gets licensed if the instructions are followed i even provided the download for just the module itself
