Question Epg issues

I'm having a problem with my panel and epg.

I'm using 22f mods and on every other version I have used I have been able to add an epg taken from a m3u xmltv.

With this version I am only able to add an epg source if it has .xml at the end of the source.

It's driving me mad what am I doing wrong?

Bit more information
It seems the 22f mods wont import if epg has no language tag to import.

Any ideas

Or can I revert to 22f without having to re do the whole panel

getting this error from log

No XML Found At: http://xxx/xmltv.php?username=xxx&password=xxxx

epg data is there and its every epg in this format

EPG URL should look like this: https://example.com:443/xmltv.php?username=XXXXXXXXXX&password=XXXXXXXXX

Looks like you're just missing the port. (Could really use a like too if you wouldn't mind, lol)

its definitely related to something in the panel or database because if i reinstall the admin panel it works for a period of time then just stops and logs show no xml found

Sorry for late reply the problem I am having is xmltv that is given similar to an m3u

A XML link works ok.

But as I have a couple of epg with xmltv m3u style links its causing me a problem

A fresh install on test server and it works fine.

So obviously something is corrupt or wrong somewhere I just dont know what.

And I dont really want to go fresh install incase db backup transfers the problem

Am not sure if I read it correctly, but your saying it works for a period before not having any logs. So it's running out of days. Are the epg's updating each day. If not then the crons are the problem. Try ssh into main server and restart crons. Service/cron/restart

Yeah you read it correct.

If I install just say admin part of panel it will work initially until the cron runs again then it will stop and remove the channels.

The log will then show no XML file found at url.

If it's a cron issue you will also notice ondemand channels not going back to ondemand after being started. If that's the case check crontab folder to see if they have the correct chown set to xtreamcodes. Depending how you been transferring the admin section may off changed the ownership to root. If you still have the original start services script installed. By re running the start services. Sh will correct the ownership for you.
