i have problem with my streams
Some of my streams will be muted after a while. (not all of them , but a lot of them)
If I check the source of the same stream at the same time, it is completely correct and it has sound, but at the output of our server, its sound is cut off
Xtream itself does not restart this stream automatically and this causes most of our customers to have problems and report daily for stream without sounds

does anyone know what this problem is and how it is solved?
 
As i know, if most of your customers have old Mag devices they will face the no sound problem, also the transcoding plays a big role processing the sound.
Try to search for soultions on this fourm i am pretty shore i saw a post somewhere here, Try to search for solutions i think i saw a post talking about this case before. good luck.

He have general problems not only mags.

Set this like in the image will restart the stream , on 16.00/04 PM and there are 8 uhrs up to 00.00 uhr to work fine , this is the period of most watched of streams depend if is the the stream is not for kids , if yes than you should select better time for restart

Corect just use beter time for restart stream, example 04:00am

If in 04:00am than after 12 uhrs the stream will have problem on 16:00pm problems with sounds ..
Usually the sound problems come after 8-10 uhrs ..That's the time 16:00pm is better to same restart and will be ok the next 10 uhrs ..
