Question xciptv panel and server ?

Hi everyone I'm a total newbie and have search through the forum for the answer but cant seem to find anything. So my ? is can I put the xciptv panel on unbuntu server and use it that way or do I need to have a hosting service. I"m a reseller and just looking to have my own branded app and panel for it. but I dont want to buy from someone else I want to learn to do it for myself

sure you can use it on your ubuntu server if you have apache installed no problem ...
