Question Failed to connect to MySQL: Connection refused

Trying ot use he WHMC moduls but no matter what i get Failed to connect to MySQL: Connection refused .

But i can ssh into the mysql remote without issues from the same server that the whmc is on. Any advice
 
WHMS needs direct access to your mysql to create its user and make changes

Use '%' in hostname of your mysql user which you're using in WHMS module

did that.. tested via ssh as wlll to make sure i can remote log in. so not sure what is going on.
