Question XUI / Smarters not working with VPN on

Im using XUI with Smarters v4 app, nobody is able to log in with VPN turned on it says 'No Internet Connection' or hangs on the please wait menu. Turn VPN off and works fine. Where should I look to go about fixing?

Sometimes VPN isn't needed but if you can't live without a VPN. I say login first, then turn on VPN. Also check there ISP. Like Spectrum in USA recently updated there Security Shield and it's been messing with certain servers

If the main server is connected to a CDN network, there may be a blockage in the WAF, check the logs in the firewall.

it was a bug in the very 2 versions of the v4 app , v3 app had same issue when connected to certain locations
