Question XUI Dropping connections

The problem you're describing is not caused by the panel; in this case, it's 99.99% an issue on the user's side. Some ISPs drop traffic from IP addresses (your load balancing servers) that they detect are being used for illegal streaming. When the ISP drops traffic packets, it leads to connection interruptions and reconnections.


The simplest test is for the user to ping the server's IP address where the stream is located and check if there is any packet loss.

no, this problem coming from the panel, because i tried another panel xc ck1 with same claints, same ips and no problem with dropping randomly connection after 5 minutes! it's very stable.

Hello guys!

I am facing a weird issue with XUI ONE: All at first is running good and as it has to be, streams uptime also is fine, but the real issue is that suddenly some (not all) connected users are dropped from LBs randomly. I searched whole logs to find something, but got nothing to clarify a way to go.
I just find this at panel error logs, and I don't know what it means or if it has something related to this error:
Class 'XUI' not found
#0 {main}

Nothing seems to stop this behavior of closing and open connections. I disabled and enabled almost everything on panel options. Still nothing. Can someone please try to help me? Thanks in advance.

yes i did. as i said it works perfect with xc c41. but with xui one same problem!

Try to adjust logs to keep at maximum for 1 hour. Go to your database and truncate your servers_stats table. Check if that helps.

Test xui one v1.5.12, use option number one first, then use option number two if the same problem persists.

if you use vps, high usage may be disabled, or the cpu, I've been the same way, there are vps providers that monitor i/o and cpu check.
A dedicated server is recommended.
vps porbalt 16 core 16 gb ram, but it was not enough i/o was limited.
if the cpu went completely on all 16 cores at 100%, then the internet also slowed down to 10 mbps.
and during i/o, I downloaded it from torrent and uploaded it, and it started xui encoding, and even disturbed the system, if someone else is watching a movie, it is interrupted for 10 seconds.

when you have or got new ffmpeg.bin just replace with ffmpeg in xui ffmpeg bin folder

you can not compile or online update , must have compiled bin file ....
