Xtream ui starting stream or stopping problem

Hello
i have i problem with xtream ui when i want to start or stop stream a message saying an error occurred while processing your request
Note that i backup and restored my db but there is something strange my db size is 37 MB
Can any one help me to slolve this problem ?!
