Question Install Xtream UI on ubuntu20

maybe someone can help
I have a problem when I update the panel to MOD 41 or another update

I install it on release_22f on ubuntu20 and the panel works
when I update to a newer version and give the command to restart /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh, my connections start to sink immediately
I found a way to stop duplicate connections from users_checker.php in crons

but I have to insert it after every restart and then restore this version of users_checker.php from release_22f again
and then everything works without problems until I give the piece to restart again
