Question xtream ui server status not updating

Hi,

When i first time install the xtream ui, the dashboard working no problem, server stutuas CPU, Mem usage and uptime, input output all correct, but when i restore from database, then it keep showing same data, not updating anymore, all server data not working.

Can anyone tell what is reason cause that? thanks.

some people are having this problem.

it could be the ip address for main server, event if its showing correct, delete and re enter the ip address and reboot server then verify the nginx file to make sure the listen port matches the port in the manage server menu in the advanced tab.

Did you make sure to start load balancers? Perhaps if you recently restored a backup from another server, you also need to change the IP address of the main.
