for me the access problem is on your head friend.
i use dev version on local server without internet with r16 and everything is working fine , so maybe stop to spam saying it doesn't work if you don't have the ability to make it work!

thats why you should go in donate forum to download beta releases and not here, in donate forum you can read all about bugs and you can report bugs. Or wait to final come to github and stay on R8 ontil Finale is ready.

Thank You for your reply, but I get a error message saying that file "GeoLite2.mmdb" cannot be replaced is there any issue. btw the portal working good even that file didn't replae

check the file size if its like 0kb then do the following:

apt-get install e2fsprogs -y
chattr -i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
wget https://archive.org/download/geolite2_201910/GeoLite2.mmdb -O /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb chown xtreamcodes.xtreamcodes /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
chattr +i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
