Hello guys, i have a problem i couldnt find an answer using the search.
My clientes are not disconnecting from the pannel when they close their apps / smart tv's
doesnt matter wich app they are using (duplex, ssiptv or any other on smart tv's, it also happens on android apps)
i have to kick the user from the panel to let it connect again
It seens like a random behavior, i couldnt narrow down what could cause this problem
Anyone had this problem before know what to do?

it's seems that you enable option " Disallow 2nd IP Connection " in "streaming" "setting" right?

Channels MatchTime Unblock CDN Offshore Server Contact
100 cnx / 90€ 5Gbps / 180€ 48CPU-256GRAM 10Gbps 569€ Skype live:giefsl
500 cnx / 350€ 10Gbps / 350€ 48CPU-128GRAM 5Gbps / 349€ TG @changcdn
1000 cnx / 500€ 20Gbps / 700€ 40CPU-128GRAM 20Gbps / €980 http://coronaserver.com
Disallow 2nd IP Connection it's good option to protect the client with 1 active connection
but if router client or internet client get new IP( regular ISP updates ) when still watching channels, XC not drop it, still see it as active connection
so when client try to connect XC refuse the connection because it's already see it as active connection "connected"

to understand the issue, leave your device on an channel and go reboot your internet router
and check the username in your XC, you will still see it connected with your old IP

so after getting many complaints, you must disable it to avoid this issue

Thanks bro! It worked like a charm!

Another question I have is the following:
Is there a way to make my server memory decrease on usage? When it is on high load, ram reach 80%, but when people disconnects it still remains at 80% not decreasing. How to do for it "kill" that memory usage after high load peaks?

Thanks again

you need firstly to learn how to click on L i k e when you get an help in this forums
Ram usage fix it's an big deal, firstly you need to disable buffer nginx inside setting streaming , then restart service main server or better to reboot main server then all LB servers and restart services again in LB servers to make it working again

before that
how much RAM you have in your server? you put on it many streams?
post what you see with command : free -g

and go to setting -- process monitor
then select the server that have high ram and click on (mem ) mb twice to see the highest pid ram
you will know the channel that using too much RAM

Swap: 0 0 0

" and go to setting -- process monitor "... I couldnt find this option. Where should I see this process monitor? My panel doenst have this option, id its there you meant to say.

see the picture: https://prnt.sc/xjuvwc

total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 15 3 0 5 12 6
Swap: 0 0 0

that mean you have 0 in free
you need to reboot the server and restart services with command
/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh
you did not answer
you put on it many streams?
