yes or you used a pirated version or your server is infected,
format everything and reinstall the official version.
this line doesn’t appear on my panel either

Every time you use that its sending an new sub's you make to a shoutbox account , Install from the officially given links by Xtream UI , I SERIOUSLY don't think this is official I have installed on a test server from official and that line is not there.

That code is adverts entered by your browser at the top of the page. you have pulled that code by clicking the right button in a browser and selecting view page source. Your browser as inserted that code as you must have ads being added with in webpages from google or something. Check the original code from the the download you transferred to your server.
