This could be key logging of your panel mate and sending it to someone I'd definitely remove this

because from programming point of view what is the purpose of php file in java script section?
and also that file pointing out to some other location that seems disturbing

What I feel it will be is a attempt to get admin login details for your server if you are actively using this server and have already imputed your login details then who evers server that's pointing to will be collecting all login details and passwords for that panel

has any one had access to your xtreme.. change your passes taht is not in official.

go your xtream ui panel login page right click>save as> open in notepad++

its not in mine so you have an infected server or device you connect to the server as mine does not show this
