Question Xtream Ui got hack by scanner

Did anyone know, someone will got the id and password using tools scanner? (Dont know what excatly the tools name)

I notice this issue, when i check live connention, seeing bunch of same ip connection using different username.
When i check the ip, is xtream server.

I try create 5 id and wait for 1 - 2 days.. when check back.. all 5 id is Online using same ip...wtf..

And i remember in 2022, i notice some individu in iptv group share the picture list of id and password of many iptv.. and he mention "easy scanner" ...

Hmm. How to prevent this scanner.?
