Question xtream ui 22f mysql and streams not working

can anyone recommend a solution to 403 error when attempting to start live on xtream ui 22f. i've reinstalled the server to default twice. bought 5 other servers and tried with different dedicated hosting providers and hunted endlessly on here.

changed streaming port to 8080 and left admin as default.
updated geolite
tried installing xui from different mirrors


when i had live streams working i could not gain remote mysql connection with whmcs at all again hunted around here and other sites and had no luck not sure if this is because xui runs on port 7999 not 3306 (connection refused).

No, its not about the reboot the server. It's about the Permissions. Fix your permissions or re-install the OS and then install the XUI with root access. Pm me if you need help.
