@dotgs you haven't been following then? There was a website on http://xtream.codes promoting a new panel , self hosted etc... asked BTC or ETH payments for preorder.
This was closed 22h ago.
Most people who ordered were promised to receive the panel within 72h.
Nearly 72h after people have ordered nothing happened and they migrated to Panama.
So like a lot of people have said... big scam!
