I started making this version more than 1 years ago, working on it you've been launching the system for a while to finish I hope the other one takes the project and use it to help with the system update grandma leave all the code open to turn on the ui or tig on the panel or in the config.php file puts the data from your database and that's it, it's working with new features, you just need to create a few things

I see discussion about this resource goes popular, I want to ask the resource owner did he put this amount of 1000 credits or some of the Moderators and forget to lower...
I don't see these files are vert to 1000 credits..
If you ask me don't buy it before the owner comes and explain 1 by 1 about his resource
The file is not bigger than 5 MB and is a mix of files from old XC and some files of XtreamUI
All the files inside are decoded from a well-known PHP ioncube decoding site ..
So wait on the resource owner's response or risk yr 1000 credits ..
More looks to me that this is just a MOD/Template that looks like XC 2.9.9 ...
