Ok use apk editor pro search for setting
It will show some results,go here
Res/layout/Activity_Login.xml
Add android:visibility="gone"
Here is the line 25

You cant unless you rewrite the entire app to include some sort of encryption/decryption algorithum that obfuscates your dns. Or you could take the easy route and not use your real dns and use a proxy url instead that hides your real dns. Either way somebody can still find it if they really want it.
