I DOWNLOADED 403 FROM THE PLAY STORE AND THEN UPDATED THE APP FROM THE XCIPTV APP AND THAT IS THE LATEST FROM THE THEM,I HARDCODED IT AND REMOVED THE ADS THANKS

i have verified that 571 is the latest from XCIPTV. either they were trying to be sneaky or forgot to change the apk name when they uploaded it their server. both the server and the download url shows 4.0.3-558.apk when its really 404-571.

Where would be the line to edit? Oyhers say Config.smali but I cant see any urls in there.

there are no urls visible you need to remove lines and add your own line with the url to your panel. theres a few guides on here to show you the exact lines that need to be replaced.
