Xciptv v4 crashing on catch up

hi guys any help would be greatly appreciated, found an issue which I'm not sure how to resolve using xciptv v4. Basically the catch up dates go back 4 days and the content we have only goes back two days, so if you try to select a date past the content if crashes the app every time without fail. I have v3 of the app also and thats when I noticed the difference in the amount of days of content available, likewise with smarters, gse etc.
Is there a way to change the amount of days data available so that it doesn't crash? Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, if so can you help please?

Same problem here, I wish it was like other apps and only displayed available catch up days.

Or like the ltq app where it doesnt show any data for it, but doesn't crash.
Are you aware if this is a common issue or if there is a fix?

I'm not sure if theres a fix, you can try emailing their support to make them aware.
