This is the latest xciptv app i have found that will decompile and recompile i havent touched it i have looked on the forum and found nothing for the app on its own so here it is i cannot tell you where to change the url as im unsure as of yet but im sure someone on this fantastic site will be able to tell you where you need to change the info to point it to your v4 panel
