APK Editor Pro.

Open the apk, click the little band-aid icon on the top right, select the patch, click Apply, and wait for the patching to complete. Perform any additional modifications to the app, then build.

The newest version, v3.2.2-511, broke some of my patches. I am working on updating them right now.
