and after changing dns in smali, it doesn't login at all

That app is just version 3.2.2 XCIPTV (509) not (511) just change the DNS in the 3.2.2 XCIPTV (509) that's available to download from this forum. You will not be able to change the DNS in that one due to it being an Official branded XCIPTV done by OTT them selfs.
