My posts with decoded Streaminy files and this post, in no time, were intended to incite the idea of being able to redo the admin / cms side of the system.
Understand that the idea is to optimize what we already have ... from xc2.
Coding via gpu and other enhancements that would occur in v3 can be studied and brought to the working version today.
This is actually at several points that GTA is doing.
That's why these files are for those who want to study and search for something that they think is cool to optimize their system. It is.
The DB would have to be redone, way reverse, but if you look at v3's decrypted php the db structure would look very similar of v2.
