Hello everybody, people the basis of this interface is
source guardian encoder, this in turn is based on PHP.

I think most XC2 installations are based on Ubuntu 18.04, so PHP 7.2 would be installed by default.
The PHP on the server is only in the paths of XC2

now it's written you should install source guardian encoder based on ubuntu 14.4., or is this just meant as an example, I'm surprised that apparently some have already installed the interface here but nobody has written anything about it. Maybe someone can write something about whether to install PHP or how to do it.

It's pretty simple tbh.

Download source guardian to your server and unpack it, then put the file that matches your php version with all your other php modules in /usr/lib/php or whatever location they are in.

Add the extension name to your php.ini and restart Apache.
