just google how to install php5.6 it needs 5.6 with ioncube for php 5.6 to work you may have to go down to ubntu 16.04 to work maybe you can try it

After installation go to /application/helpers/wsemanager_helper.php and change
$urlPermitida = array("http://yourdomain.com");
Also check /application/config/dados.conf if everything is okay
