Just looked into it, turns our this is just an Electron app, if you install it and go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\com.nst.iptvsmartersplayer
you can edit the plain text javascript and images. You will then be able to use an exe maker to install it.

Go into C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\com.nst.iptvsmartersplayer\resources\app.asar
Go into \js\util.js

Change:

To view the content, you need to Sign In or Register.

And you will get this Result:

Which you can just Log Straight into when you have filled in your DNS:PORT

Now that thats achieved you will need to get an EXE maker too install the folder too the correct place and create shortcuts.
You can edit the images, use Resource hacker to edit the Launcher icon, etc.
