There's loads just do a but of research to the price across the sites and double check their T&C as some say you must have a website on the root domain etc.

Godaddy is my preference too, but ones you purchase a domain u lose the promo codes they offer so then it sometimes better to search others listed above just to get the promo and later down the road transfer domain to godaddy....

The providers who accept crypto money are all offshore.

U can use these ones. Namecheap is best in that situation. No id , no selfie, no phone number, no real ip. And yes crypto money.

You still have to get static ip for your server. Maybe you need hasting with domain name or vps.
