Question when wanting to start LB 404 Not Found ,problem with nginx?

Hello,
a Lb has stopped working for a while now. just like that

service start, the answer is, xui is already running
stop xui ,,everything is stopped

launched service start again and it shows me this error

Starting XUI...

Could the Lb be reinstated without losing the information it already has?

If someone can give you some help, you should be thankful cos the official support is dead ..
Btw is yr license legal or nulled one ..

Did you simply reinstall the corresponding LB?

but the LB already works?

which Ubuntu version? LB was also installed with root user.
have you changed the ports for the LB?

Yes he was working

Ubuntu version is 20.04.6 LTS
If it was installed with root user, the ports were changed
and it worked perfectly for a long time
suddenly it stopped working

I'm afraid, reinstall again, and lose the content, I use that lb for vod

can you try this on the same lbs server just rename the folder where you have your vods so if something goes wrong this will be untouched. ( just a suggestion so I didn't try myself ) ..
After that reinstall again the same lbs and see what happens from the panel itself so I don't mean reinstall OS from the start as new ..

Exactly, that's what I'd try too,

stop xui service on the LB, then rename xui order, e.g. xui_bak, restart the LB via SSH,

now LB via Main Panel Reinstall. then first see if it basically works

It is an option that I had in mind and that I did a while ago with the xtreamcodes panel,,

Hello,, you can't write before,

It is already solved, as you mentioned by reinstalling the lb,,

In my case I did it by renaming the two folders
/home/xui/content/vod_bak
and
/home/xui/content/streams_bak

once Lb is installed, change folder names


In my case it's how I did it, it had the same effect renaming the entire folder
xui_bak,,, well almost certainly

Hello, I'm commenting again, what happened again,
The Lb has been disconnected, and the reason is due to a change in IP

That is to say, I have a server where the IP is not fixed, and every x amount of time it changes, and communication with the main server is disconnected.

I change the new IP,,, and it does not connect,,, I have to Reinstall Server to make it connect again

Is there a way to request it?
or it just doesn't let you put dyndns and there is no way

I have the same issue after installing the main server. /home/xui/service stop / start and I receive the same problem.

After rebooting all's good, however is I stop and start again, I received same message and panel shutdown.
