ive got a file ive already decoded using some online sites, But now wanting to re encode it back to its natural code but not sure what it actually is or how to if anyone has any guidance

yea it looks like a key if you decode the base64 without knowing the app or how the app exactly works it would be hard to guide you down the right path , you could try running a man in the middle attack with like fiddler to intercept all traffic and see where all the app goes and the maybe trace it back that way
