Question Vps setup (HELP)

Have a web hosting setup atm with apps,panels and everything 100%
Went with digital ocean to setup a vps.
Have setup Ubuntu 18.04, Apache, PHP 7.2, sqlite3 but just shows blank screen in browser when I try and login to see app panel . What other packages to I need installed for this to work.

What is the basics to install on the vps to show app panel mate

You need either a LAMP stack or LEMP stack. If you are unfamiliar with either or making config files yourself then just install one of the various web hosting platforms and use it. DigitalOcean has most of these things pre-made.

Took your advice and installed one of oceans pre setups with the lamp pre installed.
Still the same outcome.
Can see my test.php file so know that's ok and firewalls all disabled.

Sounds like you are struggling with the second half of my recommendation >>>> config files. Maybe you should use a web hosting platform.

Already said I had web hosting but looking to get this vps setup.
You said about config files .
Would you explain what files need setup.
Not looking for you to explain to config full server just to see the app panels
