How complicated is it to understand that you just buy servers and build yourself? Even Smarters make stupid panel to make rediculously easy!!!!!

Surly AWS using openVPN solves this with bit of work.
Can be bit costly but not that costly.

I've used vpnresellers before and the service was...meh at best. They do have a whmcs module though...which works however it broke my xc module...so make sure if you do go that route that you test your other modules throroughly!
