I applied the following method https://www.worldofiptv.com/threads/copy-files-from-server-to-server-over-ssh-with-rsync.6563/ , and thank you to the author of the topic for this good explanation.

In order for the series or movies to be streamed on the new server after the transfer, do I have to do any commands on xtreamui In order for series and movies to work without problems and not to re-process again?

assuming you have the same directories , just change IP address on your panel, you may have to mass edit your VOD , if that fails you may have to delete and re add the content to your panel
