I am urgently seeking an experienced consultant to guide me through the process of establishing my own IPTV business. As a beginner in this field, I require comprehensive training in the following key areas:

I have been using IPTV services for several years and started as a reseller one year ago. Approximately eight months ago, I began researching the market to launch my own platform. Unfortunately, I have learned the hard way that there are many scammers in this industry. This is my last attempt to make it work.

Current Situation:

• I have two servers with Xui.one installed.
• I possess a restreaming package, though it does not meet my requirements.
• The individual who assisted me earlier was not fully honest and failed to deliver as promised.
• I currently manage over 500 customers and resell for two IPTV providers. Therefore, quality is my top priority—quantity is secondary.

However, I am uncertain whether to pursue restreaming or implement DRM scripts.

What I Need: I am looking for experts with extensive knowledge in the following areas:

• Offshore Server Management: Guidance on operating and managing offshore servers.
• IPTV Software Installation: Step-by-step installation and setup of IPTV platforms.
• Software Operation: Detailed instructions on utilizing software effectively.
• Content Upload: Best practices for uploading VOD content (movies and series).
• Restreaming Configuration: Connecting and configuring restreaming to my server.
• Maintenance & Support: Continuous server maintenance, managing bouquets, adding/removing content, and providing customer support via Telegram or WhatsApp channels.

Additional Considerations:

• Experience: Ideally, you should have a proven record of running your own IPTV platform.
• Remote Learning: I prefer real-time guidance through AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
• Ongoing Mentorship: Hourly mentorship for addressing further questions or troubleshooting post-training.
