VIP without credits

Hi, i am a VIP and i have 13 credits, these credits are from daily logins,i realise you changed the credits system which is fair enough but what exactly did i pay the money for if i cant actually download anything? Id appreciate if you added my 1000 credits.

As a piece of advice, I would also recommend reading over the rules again as well. Mainly to refresh your memory of what they are and how they apply to you as a member, regardless of being "VIP," as being VIP does not exclude.

Lastly, I would suggest to try doing some reading first before coming to any assumptions or premature conclusions. Ignorance does not excuse and I am certain that this has been openly and thoroughly discussed, as well as, provided explicit instructions to you as a VIP member on how to request CREDITS because we are using CREDITS now and not LIKES which is what the old system was based on and what you paid for and what you have access to.

I hope that everything has been covered AGAIN very clearly. If for some reason you still struggle with what I have explained, feel free to contact one of us and we can assist to hammer ? it in.
