Complain VIP-member Paid few times but never got anything

Hello,
i paid more than needed (few cents) weeks ago, tried to email admin ,but no response at all...
Overpayment

The merchant received your payment but the amount received was more than what was requested. Please contact the merchant at [email protected] with the following order code to resolve your payment.

Your order code is:
X9M7PEG5

this is what i got after paid with crypto.

after a week i paid another month but also the same issue..its just opened me the option to register and nothing more..

Please advise what to do

I have just see one purchase on 20th June for Extended Membership on the Payment logs from you!




And your account has been already upgraded.
So let me know what is your issue or what are you trying?
