Very Urgent Help Needed About V2 XTREAM-UI

My system was working perfectly, and suddenly it stop to work.
Now I am having trouble receiving 500 error (HTTP ERROR 500 )
I have installed on another server gain, I have added manually one stream just for test..
Steams are working perfect but it gives HTTP ERROR 500 when trying to watch.
Even for new server and new database,
Can someone help me please? its really urgent..

it happened after download latst version of Panel.
I am gonna never update their panel lol. I have already my own panel it was big risk for me.

I have another problem. sql slow

i try edit limit mysql connection to 20500 it working 1 days good, then slow again.
i try to 41000 also working 1 days then slow
last one i try 81000 then my it down 502 Bad Gateway

anyone know how to fix sql slow?
