Complain Upgrade issues

I just upgraded my account to the extended. Once I’ve sent the money through bitcoin using the Wallet address provided. My account never upgraded. I’m trying to PM somebody has anybody experienced this issue and do you know how long it takes to upgrade?

You account is already upgraded to Ext. Member.
You need to learn to be patient and understand that crypto payments first need to be confirmed on the blockchain; this process can take some time.
