cloud backup and parental are two separate things. the cloud backup password is used to encrypt the data that is being backed up. parental reset is not app specific and works on any version of the app.

I've been trying to set up the cloud backup with it built in ?

The panel can be hosted on any. It depends on your circumstances and what you need it for to what package is suitable.

Personally, I'd recommend getting a vps. Install centos and centos Web panel, then away you go...

Plenty of vps available. I currently have one located in eu, 4gb ram, 4 core, 40gb ssd, and is about €35 for the year...

I am then in full control of the server and hosting... Get 2tb transfer at 1gbps... So more than enough for what I need...
