Tvheadend with Xtream and Ministra portal

Hi All,

I installed the Tvhead end on Ubuntu 18.04 with Tbs 6909 Tv card and I got Channels, but i need to stream these channels and use it for Ministra portal; so I got the playlist.m3u and insert it to the Ministra portal but when I open any channel its take like 10 seconds to start.

do I need Xtream server ? or what the better way to transcode the channels and stream it for Ministra portal?
also, I need to stream movies with Ministra portal, what is the best way?

And what the 'Streaming Server' option in Ministra portal do?

Basically with the free Ministra Portal you only can use MAG Devices. With a IPTV Panel your able to use allmost all devices.
It is recommend to transcode the channels with GPU support, software based transcoding takes a lot systemresources (CPU and RAM), it may be the cause of the delay in your streams.

Depending on the number of your streams, may the bandwidth of your network not be sufficient. It is also important to use professional network equipment, with home user switches and network adapters you doesn't get reasonable results.

I want use it in my local network, and I have 1 GB switches, also I have 30 MB Internet Upload.

If you use it on yr local network than is not needed trans-coding just push the streams..
I have two TBS 6209 DVBc octa tuner cards and they work very stable...

I have 200mb upload, I have been using stream direct from enigma2 boxes, I have tried tvheadend but no luck with transcoding

can you advise in a graphic card model for use with nvenc for transcoding?

I export the m3u channels from Tvheadend and I insert it to the Ministra portal, and I used the STB Emu on a smart TV, but when I play any channel in TV its take time to play like 10 Seconds, what do you think the problem is ? and how to fix it?

The Tvheadend version Build: 4.2.8-36~g5bdcfd8ac, and I install it on Ubuntu 18.04.

Actually I used the VLC to play channel from tvheadend and its the same it takes like 10 seconds to play.

I don't know how to use the XC UI to do the transport, I install it but I don't know how to use it and how to add the XC for the users I mean like Ministra portal on end-users.

I appreciate your help with this.
