Question TRUNCATE table tmdb_async and reg_userlog feasible?

Hello guys,

Does anyone know if its fine to truncate this tables or are they very used by xui? I have lots of records on this tables but Im afraid of breaking the panel if I truncate them.

I cant see any questions regarding this table so I thought of submitting a post about this.
