I have received complains from some Tivimate users that when I enable "Stream down video" feature in XtreamUI and they try to open a channel which is not working they get a "An error occurred: DecoderInitializationException" error, and then they start seeing this same error in all channels, even the working ones. After disabling the stream down video, everything works well with them. I tested the video and it works well for most of the non Tivimate users, the video is a .ts file.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this or what could be causing this? I received the same complain from more than 10 Tivimate users.
