Question Telekom peering

Hello together,

does anybody have problems with Telekom Germany in the evening?
Many of my clients getting downgraded by speed, so its freezing.

Their Peering Policy isn't the best. But during peak hours I also get lags and reduced download speed. That is mostly due to flooding/peak/requests at peering points/routes.
