yes any desk is better

Anydesk is pretty good but I haven't seen a tool like TeamViewer host from it and usually, you can only take full control if you set a permanent password in advance otherwise the user needs to select the rights for you.

I hope you get the host I really like TeamViewer better than AnyDesk
