Supporting VIP Downloaders

Should a resource uploader be required to support a VIP Account whose downloaded one of their resources? As the resource uploader hasn’t gained/earned anything in the transaction.

Resource uploader are still earning from all non VIP Members

There is also a option to sell a resource on the [Member Sales] category as seller. (Those downloads are exluded from free VIP downloads)

If somebody also doesn’t like use the seller feature, so he is free to don’t use WOI at all !
