Suggestions for WEB Player with login options for IPTV?

Does anyone know alternative for IPTV Smarters WebPlayer?
They have a webplayer coded on php with no need of mysql database. There is option to add the ip and port of server , and than users just have toinsert in login form username and password of subscription and automatically they see the list of channels?

Any idea?
