Question Subtitles in movies

When i add some movies to xuione with subtitles .srt, subtitles wont appear in some speaches.
Is there a way to fix it?

Also, maybe it is possible to transcode movie with built in subtitle file? How to transcode? The only option to choose from is "Transcoding disabled".
