Request Subportal alternative

I used to use subportal before xc bust. What alternatives are resellers using. Basically I'm after a similar system to link to xtream ui panel to mange customers with welcome and reminder emails, pp gen n web player. Is there an alternative website i can host myself. I have very limited experience with web hosting lol any help or pointers pls.

I have posted the local subportal you can host on your own server, its the exact same panel as theirs just hosted locally. I have edited the files as there were some vulnerabilities i found.
